Model Village
The district of Mewat, officially named Nuh, is situated in Haryana, about a 100 Kms from Delhi and has become the region of one of our dream projects in a very short time, due to the backwardness of the area that we visited and target now, and the potential we see for development. We propose and are working diligently and unceasingly to develop a Model Village in Babupur Village in the aforementioned Mewat (Nuh) District of Haryana.
Vocational Training
The members of Sarvahitey are in regular communication with the underprivileged members of the society neighbouring the residential as well as professional habitats of the members. They regularly take updates on the problems faced by the people that constitute the underprivileged section. One such incident apprised us of the lack of self-sufficiency in the young adults and adults around Noida Sector 51, i.e. the Noida Office of Sarvahitey.
Clothes Donation
India is a land of the spinning wheel, and self-woven clothes. Despite that, however, billions go to sleep bareback. The motto of Roti-Kapda-Makaan is still a dream for millions. We, at Sarvahitey, try to fulfill the dreams of these people in whatever manner we can. And thus, each month we go around Delhi, meet people who are devoid of adequate clothing and try to provide them with clothes so as to cover their modesty.
Project Himachal
Sarvahitey has plans of setting up the infrastructure for the population of Bathad Village to visit the library at least twice a week and develop a habit of regular reading, for the purposes of entertainment, personality development and initiates informative knowledge. productive manner, which includes, among other activities, the glorious habit of reading.
Go Vote Campaign
So, the February of 2015 saw the coming of Mr Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi’s 7th Chief Minister, having abandoned his seat last year. Before the elections, we had taken a casual survey and found out that a substantial amount of people were reluctant to vote. So, a day before the polls and on the polling day, i.e. 7th February, our volunteers got out of the home, voted for their favourite candidate and took to the streets.
Assam Flood Relief Drive
In the month of August 2016, Assam was ravaged by one of the worst floods which the state has faced in recent past. The mighty Brahmaputra along with its fourteen tributaries derailed the entire State. More than 30 lakh people were affected in 28 districts and almost 7 lakh people lived in relief camps. The numbers amply express the magnitude of the disaster and the urgency of help and support required at the time in Assam. Sarvahitey, in its all-around service, planned to do its bit in this calamity
